PRIMARY UFC BOUT SOURCES
Completed UFC event and fight records are linked to the UFCStats completed-event archiveand, where required for newly completed cards, an official UFC result feed. Entity pages display their primary source and last-reviewed date.
RECORD BOUNDARIES
A fighter’s calculated UFC record comes only from bouts listed inside the UFC archive. The professional MMA record is shown separately and may use the linked UFCStats profile or a published Tapology or Sherdog profile for a verified UFC debutant. These totals are never silently merged.
UPDATE & RECONCILIATION POLICY
New results are checked at event level, then reconciled across the event, bout and both fighter profiles. Bout order, winner, method, round and time are treated as one connected record. A card is not marked current until those relationships pass consistency checks.
REPORT A PROBLEM
Every entity page includes its own prefilled correction link. You can also use the central data-correction form. Reports are stored for manual review; a submitted report does not alter the public database automatically.
