APPROVAL & ATTRIBUTION

Participation requires approval, acceptance of the current terms and an active affiliate account. Attribution normally lasts 30 days and uses the last eligible referral before the customer’s first successful paid invoice. Manual customer entry may take priority before attribution locks. Existing paid customers and self-referrals are ineligible.

COMMISSION

Your approved plan states either CPA rates or a revenue-share percentage and duration. Rates are snapshotted for qualifying conversions. Commissionable revenue is actual eligible Core or Pro subscription revenue collected after discounts and credits, excluding tax, refunds, disputes, unrelated invoice items and failed amounts, before Stripe processing fees.

HOLD, REVERSALS & PAYOUTS

Commission remains pending through the advertised holding period. Refunds and lost disputes create signed reversal entries; a negative balance offsets future commission. While commission is in shadow or review mode, calculations are non-payable. Once live commission and payouts are both enabled, approved GBP balances reaching the stated minimum may enter a reviewed monthly manual payout batch. No earnings or payout date is guaranteed.

PROMOTION RULES

• Clearly identify affiliate advertising and your commercial relationship.
• No spam, cookie stuffing, forced redirects, impersonation or hidden links.
• No guaranteed-profit, guaranteed-win or misleading performance claims.
• No brand paid-search bidding, altered official assets or sub-affiliate networks without written approval.
• No promotion to under-18s.

SUSPENSION, DATA & TAX

We may suspend or close accounts for breach, fraud risk or legal necessity. Dashboards contain aggregate statistics and never referred-customer identities. Affiliates are responsible for their own tax, VAT and disclosure obligations. Prospective rate or terms changes do not rewrite historical qualified entries.
